I am so grateful for:

-A husband that loves me, provides for our needs, is always there even when I am feisty...I am grateful that he has the priesthood, that we can be married for Eternity..I am grateful that he will be the father to our children...he has so much love to give....I am grateful that he gets me when I am having a hard time and makes me realize that no one is perfect...I am grateful for how sweet, gentle, caring and loving he is....
-My sweet baby Luke that is growing inside of me....I love his kicks, somersaults, and personality...I am grateful that he will be coming into our family. I love him already....so very much..
-I am grateful for a Heavenly Father who knows me...that is always there and loves me no matter what...I am grateful that he helps me with my struggles and trials in this life...I am grateful for his patience with me and I am grateful that he is entrusting me with one of his sons to raise here on earth...I love you Heavenly Father...
-I am grateful for a family who loves me and is there for me...I am especially grateful for a mom who is just like me because then she is able to help me with anything.
-I am grateful for my husbands family...even though I don't always see eye to eye with them...I love them...they have been there for us like no one else...
-I am grateful for friends who have been there for years and have been supportive of me...

Sometimes I don't always show how grateful I am for everything I have but I want to say it now...

Christmas Season

When I think of Christmas I think of Christ and his birth... I think of his mission on this Earth and his ultimate sacrifice for me. My brother died for me because he loved me more than anything and wanted me to have the opportunity to return home someday to our Father in Heaven. He gave his life so that I could be forgiven for my shortcomings, my rants and complaints about things in this life. He died for me... and that is the point of this Christmas season. Have we ever loved someone enough to do that for them or just be willing to sacrifice a night of hanging with our husbands so they can play video games. Hehe. Sometimes I think some things in life aren't fair, that health issues stink, and sometimes I think patience is one of the last things I have. When coming to a New Year I think of so many things I could change and so many things I could do to serve others. When I think of Christmas I think of my grandpa singing with us on Christmas Eve...(he is gone now but it is a great memory.) When I think of Christmas I think of love, tamales, singing with the ones I love, being together with family even if we aren't even doing anything. This season is my favorite and I am grateful to have a Savior who loved me enough to die for me, I am grateful to have a husband who is there for me even when I have bad days or have a bad temper sometimes, I am grateful for a family that I know will always be there for me through thick and thin and I am especially grateful for a Heavenly Father who loves me and helps me through this life. I want my grandma to know I miss her (she has been gone for almost 3 years) she was one of my best friends. I hope all of you out there have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and I beseech you to make a list of the things you are grateful for and always remember those things.

My Pappa's birthday was today...Unfortunately he died 2 1/2 years ago. We all sure do miss him a lot. We hope he knows we love him and think about him often. I was so lucky to have him at my wedding and to be able to dance with him. He was such a sweet, loving, caring grandpa and he accomplished so much in his lifetime and I am a 100 percent positive he is in the Spirit World sharing the Gospel with everyone. He was so good at genealogy work. PAPPA WE LOVE YOU and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

So I decided to start taking a cake decorating class and I love it. The cake was originally a care bear and then I frosted it and couldn't see it anymore so I decided to make a rainbow... The colors are so girly and I didn't know when I first started it that I was going to make it for Keith. Since his birthday is this week otherwise I would've made it green and blue... oh well it's festive. Not only now do I do cake decorating and photography but I have been designing floral arrangements for 4 years. So if anyone needs help with a wedding let me know. The ring is a gift Keith bought me when we went to visit a friend at Helzberg Diamond and it's real.... I love it. My husband is so sweet to me. I love him so much.

So on Valentine's Day my husband spoiled me big time. I came home from work and he had gotten me a bouquet of flowers, a rose, some chocolate from Germany, a amethyst rock, a chinese fan and a scroll telling me how much he loved me... Then later he took me to the mall for a scavenger hunt and ending up buying me boots, taking me to the Cheesecake Factory, and last but not least I came home to rose petals all over the floor and a horse stuffed animal... How romantic huh?? My Husband is so good to me... i love him so much...

Our Trip To Disneyland

So we had a really great 1st anniversary at Disneyland this year... We are so grateful to our in laws for taking us on the trip...It was so fun... We even got to have dessert at the Blue Bayou in Pirates of the Caribbean and we also decided to go on the ride right before the park closed and we got to go on it all by ourselves.. No one on the ride but us.. it was so awesome.

So for Halloween we had the idea as always to go cheap because we don't have much money so Keith decided to be a knight and he made his own costume... He did it so well with a little help from his grandma and his aunt Elaine... My husband is so talented. I was a peasant fairy with a sign that read will work magic for food... the problem was i wasn't good at magic that is why i lost my job... hahaha. So we went to our ward's trunk or treat and I was the photographer there and then we went to his aunt's for soup and bread bowls... Then we went to my in laws neighbors house and they hooked us up with 18 full size candy bars... All in all we had great costumes and a whole lot of fun... I sure love my husband...

We went to visit my mamma down in Rio Rico the weekend before Halloween and it was so fun... We got to go out to my favorite restaurant down there called Las Trankas. They have the best burritos and quesadillas ever... We also went shopping, we went to a baptism and we went to church. We sure had an awesome time with her and we didn't want to leave when the weekend was over... WE LOVE YOU MAMMA!!!!

So life has gotten so busy since school started... I'm taking Digital Photography, Computer Graphic Art and Adobe Illustrator.. I've had several projects due and I have finally gotten them all done.. Yay... One of my projects was to take 18 different pictures and to fix 6 of them in Photoshop... Talk about time consuming. Besides that I haven't had much to post about in the last few weeks. My first real photo shoot is next weekend so I'm really excited about that and I'm looking forward to seeing the outcome. So anyways here are a few photos I took these past couple weeks.. ENJOY!

My Pappa Passed Away. It Was So Sad...

So two weeks ago I got a call from my sister and found out that my pappa (my moms dad) had lung and esophagus cancer. The doctors said it was in-operable. There was nothing the could do about it. So then I found out from my mamma that he only had 6 months to a year to live. I was so sad. My pappa is such a sweetheart. So Keith and I decided to drive down to Tucson to visit him on the 14th of this month. We went to the Tucson Heart Hospital where he was and unfortunately he did not look good at all. But we managed to keep him up the whole time we were there and talk to him about his life and his many accomplishments. He did so many things with his life it was unbelieveable. The reason we kept him up was because he was breathing to heavy and when we would talk to him it would go back down to normal. It was weird that day because Keith and I both knew that would be the last time we saw him. Two days after that he went unconsious and was like that for three days. On Saturday 12th at one o'clock in the morning I got a call that he passed away. it was so incredibly hard on our family to lose him. He was so important in all of our lives. My pappa sure loved everyone and he was the best judge of character. He was a good example and he was a wonderful grandfather, son, husband, and father to all of us. We will sure miss him a lot but we all know we will see him again someday. You know to us it was so hard to see him go so soon but our Heavenly Father spared him from any pain and we are so grateful for that. Everyone love your family to the best of your abilities and always make sure to let them know you love them. I love you all.... Mamma I know this time is rough but we are all here for you and love you...

Movie Theater at Home

1 Year

So today 1 year ago I met Keith... We were set up on a blind date and it was a Monday so he called me after his FHE in his ward and asked me if I might want to get something to eat. Funny because it just so happened that I was home doing nothing that night so I decided to go with him. When he came to get me it was funny because I walked down to meet him and he had a ford escort and so do i. Well we of course talked about that and so much more and the rest is history. We dated for almost three months, he proposed and then three months later we got married. So on Thursday will be our 6 month anniversary. YAY!!!! I love him so much, I couldn't have asked for a better husband.

So I don't know if a lot of people know this but Keith and I are very fortunate to live with Great Grandpa Smokey. He will be a 100 years old in two weeks. He doesn't even look past 80 right???? He is the sweetest man ever and he is so lively when you can keep him awake. He's hilarious as well. He always calls himself the old codger, the grump, the old man. SO SILLY... We have a lot of fun with him. For these pictures it was funny because I told him he had to smile real big and that is exactly what he did.. So cute... Him and I get along great. Keith and I sure love him are blessed to live with him and hear about his life

So about a week ago Keith and I decided to go bowling but then we started to drive to the bowling alley and realized that it was going to be really expensive so we didn't go. Instead we went to the mall and decided to go window shopping. Well window shopping turned into real shopping. I got candy, a lotion and a body spray. My sweetheart is a big kid at heart so he got some legos. He is so cute. Then he treated me to a Godiva chocolate drink and it was heaven. Needless to say we ended up spending more money at the mall then we would've bowling. But oh well we had a blast and that is what counts. I love my sweet husband. He treats me so well.

My Brother lives in Colorado so it's been about 5 years since I have seen him or my nieces and nephew. So we were so excited when we found out that my niece and nephew were going to be in a rock climbing tournament in Tempe. They were like literally 5 minutes from our house so Keith and I went. Kelsey my niece did so well she got 5th place out of all the kids in her group. Thats amazing and she made finals. All in all it was really fun and I was so happy to see them and introduce Keith to them.

Last night Keith and I went to my friend Britney's wedding reception. It was so beautiful I loved it. Keith got to chat with her brother Brandon for awhile while I chatted with Elena and Julie my friends from my old ward and institute. It was so fun because they had a candy bar, they had Hawaiian meatballs, chicken salad sandwiches, veggies and so on. Keith and I love going out and socializing it is so fun.

I went to Rocky Point this weekend with my family. I was not really in a picture taking mode so I only got four pics. It was my dad's birthday on the 7th he turned 56!!! Wow...but he doesn't look a day over 45. We had fun though. I ended up shopping in town and picked up a vase, a plate, 2 bowls, 2 shirts one for my dad and one for Keith and a decorative pitcher. We ate at La Curva and Flavios both are great restaurants. All in all it was fun.. But I missed Keith more than anything and I won't be able to leave him for 3 days ever again...

The Buttes: A Birthday Surprise

All of these pictures were taken at the buttes hotel in Tempe/Phoenix. It is a really nice resort I took Keith to for his birthday. I kept it a surprise though for several weeks and it was so fun to be able to stay there again since we stayed there for 2 days after we got married. Then I took Keith to see the new Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian and then I took him to the Outback Steakhouse for his other surprise because his whole family was there. This whole birthday surprise turned out great or at least thats what he said. But for sure I know I enjoyed it. I enjoy everything I do with Keith. I love him so much.

Hey Everyone it's been forever since I've been on here. Well Keith and I have been married for over a month now and I can say truthfully that it is the best. I love being married to such a wonderful man. I'm so grateful for everyone who could make it to our wedding. We had such a wonderful time. We are enjoying every minute together and of course we have our moments where we get frustrated but hey thats life. I sure love Keith and everything is has brought into my life. One Week Left

Wow!!! We have one week left, I can't believe it. I'm so excited and kinda scared about if I will be the wife Keith needs. I hope so. He is such a sweetheart and we have so much fun together. For Christmas we got an amazing present from his grandparents. They bought us a two nights stay at the Buttes a Marriott hotel here in Phoenix. So the day and day after the wedding we will be there and then we are going to Rocky Point for four days which I am super excited about. We have been truly blessed. I have never in my life been so stressed and so frustrated but I can say it is all worth it in the end. I love him more than anything and he means the world to me. I can't believe how much Heavenly Father could bless me this year. I am so grateful to him for Keith. I hope life is good for the rest of you and I love you all.

Yeah can you tell I am super excited to be done with this semester... It seemed like it took forever... Man time is flying now though. Keith and I are getting married in 3 weeks and 3 days. It's insane and we have so much stuff to do.. But needless to say we are so excited and we are so ready to get married... I sure love him. No guy has ever treated me as good as he does.

Wow I cannot believe how quick time is flying it seems like we just had christmas and now all of a sudden it will be here in a couple weeks. Thanksgiving was a blast I drove home with my two sisters to Safford and visited with my parents and Keith stayed here with his family but we both had fun even though we missed eachother. I cannot believe we only have 40 days until our wedding... So much to do and so little time... I'm so grateful for Keith's family though they are really helping me out. So this picture was a long time ago but I like it. Keith is my best friend and I love him so much!!! I can't wait to spend eternity with him!!!! YAY!!!!

As you can tell I am a slacker when it comes to writing on this blog or is it that I'm to busy...Oh well. Keith and I are doing great. I had a fun week because Keith's mom Joy and I went shopping, starting making our invitations and started putting some things together for the reception. So much to do so little time but when you have great helpers like I do it doesn't seem so bad. This weekend was fun because we hung out at the Kleisler's house and made cookies and played the game LIFE which I haven't played in years. Sometimes I think I am to stressed about everything and then Keith comes along and cheers me up...thats whyI love him because he always knows how to put me in a better mood and he always encourages me in everything I do. man I LOVE HIM!!!Well have a great day everyone!!

Yesterday Keith and I went out to Scottsdale Civic Center Park and we took our Engagement Pictures.. It was so fun to be in a beautiful park and being able to be goofy together. There was so many fountains, statues and flowers to pose by. We really like our photographer she is quite lively and she has lots of jokes to keep Keith smiling. Keith and I were having fun tonight... We spent all night at the Kleisler families house... I sure do love them and I'm excited to have them as a part of my family. They are so kind to me... Keith is so blessed to have such a wonderful family. I just wish my parents lived closer so we could hang out with them more often because Keith has only met them once. Oh well thats how life goes. I'm so glad that I was blessed to find Keith. He treats me like a Princess and I love him for that. I've never met someone like him and let me just say that my Heavenly Father really blessed me when he brought Keith into my life.
